Yeah I saw actually all the deals were terminated at one point or another.
Its interesting to read stuff now. I read in the IDIX termination they were fighting over a million dollar milestone that Metabasis claimed they met and IDIX didn't.... Its like an old book you find with a page missing as I didn't read how it ended :-).
