Amazingly in the definition of fraud , the dictionary im looking at says the following as example of deciept,,one of the main definitions given.
"A fraud was committed by the promoter of that stock issue"

Like it or not fraud is an can be exposed in just about every single PR that should have gotten market reaction and uptick.ROLLBACK, WORLDWIDE DISTRIBUTION, UPLISTING AUDIT, ETC.

If HOWARD CARED ABOUT INVESTORS he would come clean, come forward, PERIOD!!
