Point is....Labrozzi(Phar's auditor) was just hired by GEH in November. Labrozzi had no relationship with that company until then. Sounds like, if there even was a conversation, it was very misleading and untruthful on Labrozzi's part! That is if there was a conversation at all about Phar's audit. Personally, based on the information provided,I highly doubt it!
