Bio-T-Gel™ is licensed to Teva Pharmaceuticals, USA. A Bio-T-Gel™ NDA is pending with the FDA having a PDUFA date of February 14, 2012. Teva is responsible for all regulatory and marketing activities.

If Teva is responsible for "all regulatory activities" aren't they the ones to release the info?

I'm confused now too.

I would prefer that it come from BPAX because I want the bulk of the attention brought to them not TEVA.
