Did Hoffman not file for an extension on his Q3 report last time around when it plungged? I'm under the impression that here is a correlation betweeen price going down and report being late and no positive growth since last filing. Unless you're saying market's already taken that into account for current .30 pricing.
I'm also interested in figuring out how a NASDAQ extension, which will clear up the delisting mystery, will play out.
