LNG should/is being burned in power plants that make electricity. Better to use commonly available power plugs to charge electric cars than re-engineer all the stations and cars to use methane IMO. Still need battery power for many, many other mobile uses, and storage backup.

The PEA is probably delayed because they are adding graphite into the analysis. As somebody else mentioned, it should improve project economics. I'm sure ENZR will give us a timeline when they have it.
