#15150 RE: SwingKing #15149

After the R/S the max OS from existing shareholders was 3.3 mil. The actual, I believe, was much lower, more like 670,000.

In the PR that announced the R/S the company stated they expected the OS to be about 30 mil after completion, which means they planned to issue and sell quite a few new shares. I believe they tried to do that through VFIN without a lot of success.

The AS, on the other hand, is 960 mil, par value $0.001. See link below for filing with the Nevada Secretary of State:

I can't do private. They've got 30 mil to sell, so I think they'll gush if given the chance. I think the down-low buys are people figuring the same as you. Be careful.

Wish I could be more optimistic. GLTY

Disagree. The bid/ask spread is so wide, and the volume is so small, that I think there is almost no possibility to use this as a trading idea. Not on the long side; not on the short side. It would be one of the shorts of ALL TIME if you could borrow it, and if the price was high enough. But with a market cap of ~$800K, it really has nowhere to fall.

Certainly there is no actual good news coming from this company. There's a press release about "eight business units", which is mostly utter bullshit. To my knowledge they do not have a single one established, much less obtain revenues from any.

These are some pretty smart guys, but this is one of the biggest duds in the stock market. At least if they were honest about what little is going on, we might have a reason to trust them. But there appears to be essentially zero integrity, and the spoils here are de minimus to boot. I would just give Sutimco a wide berth.
