I don't disagree with anything you wrote. Which is why I wish the Q's were ready as well.

My only point, which was in an earlier post was I really dislike his timing in regards to releasing news. Most of the volumn today was in the last 1/2 hr, it would have been nice if this news came out at lunch time or even earlier. IMO

I am glad he finally dumped titl, until the housing market turns around that would have been a losing part of the company, no doubt about it.

As for being in, I have been in since titl, just don't have a lot to say most of the time. :)
