T-squared passed before it ever had a chance to happen as the company was knee deep in red ink over a year ago. I believe, but don't quote me, that these terms were used as a promotion tool while insiders were selling stock as witnessed by their refusal to file the the forever promised forms 3 and or 4.

Any word on the new CEO? I haven't been watching this stock very closely lately, but has T-squared passed? LOL
