Presumably the contract covers what Morey does and doesn't have the authority to do on his own. And Morey presumably knows what's in the contract.

I will continue my wait and see while not holding my breath approach to the situation.

Technically, anyone can bring a civil suit, but is anybody going to report it to the District Attorney of jurisdiction to have felony charges brought against Morey, Kidder, and or Marchi for GRAND THEFT and FRAUD?
