It's awful how much dirt has been attached to this shell. Marchi, Kidder, Morey. Who let them into this? If there really is an innocent majority shareholder I hope he/she takes action against these guys.

Looking like they did try to abscond with the shell.

The name Russell Kidder does not appear on the SEC website. I believe that it would if he had a complaint filed against him or if any Administrative Proceeding had included him. In the absence of that I think that it's safe to assume no such ban exists.

He also does not appear to be an officer of this company, but has been an officer of a publicly traded company in the past.
