'Ace has been very pro-Intel.

amdace is basically insane, if you've followed his posts to any extent over the years. He may be pro-Intel at times, and pro-AMD at times, but he also claims various miraculous "inventions" of his own, and has all the signs of someone who needs serious medication.

"Amdace" has not been pro-Intel but obsessively anti-Intel. His main complaint against AMD is that it has not adopted the right strategy to reduce Intel's domiannce.

The Class Action Suit will go absolutely nowhere. The idea that it will win a restraining order is nonsensical. The lawyers instigating this action calculate that for a relatively low cost they have bought themselves an opportunity to get some petty cash nuisance money from Intel at some distant point in the future after the AMD v Intel settlement when Intel clears up all outstanding lawsuits.

If AMD or the EU or USA regulatory agencies clobber Intel then the amount of petty cash paid out to settle this lawsuit will be slightly greater.
