If it is covertible debt that has matured and entering the market then why would we be so upset with company?

Well, seems to keep the pps from rising for one thing...it also dilutes any earnings if there ever was any down the road. Dilution is going on and will continue. It is how WTCT management makes it's money. They print shares and sell them for money. It is a great bidness for them, but not for us.

90% of failed products is always due to inexperienced management.

But I can guarantee you, 100% of companies fail that have no products.
