24/7 happens all the time in machine production companies, the refineries nearby do it all the time. Four 6.5 hr shifts, or three 10 hr shifts that overlap

24/7 can be very challenging operationally. That is what they will shoot for because of the nature of the system.

If they get to where they are operating it 24hrs. for 5 or 6 days in a row that will be great until they get a larger experience base to work with.
