Hypothetical question:

I am holding a million shares of a company's stock. I have a margin account. My broker loans them out to be shorted. In the meantime I sell my shares and the buyer has a cash account. And the shares are still loaned and the shares in the cash account are still loaned out and shorted...

What happens in this situation?
