SMKY - now that's what I'm talking about !! Why are we not selling fish to yuppies and beef to cowboys ! Give the people what they want . this isn't hard to do . Let your customers tell you what they want and give them what they want . Then you will make money doing it ! Don't try and be something your not just because it's a dream . Look I sell furniture in a farming community . I don't bring in modern looking stuff even though I like modern looks and trends . I fring in solid woods lifetime warranty traditional stuff it's what sells it's his I make money . Why are we in Iowa trying to sell fish ??? Why not Seattle , sf , NY , why why why ? Why not partner with sysco or us foods in sf ? Yeah your right we will make too much money and we will have the problem of not having a truck to carry it .
