I think you need to do 30 or so trades a quarter. That's how I get power etrade for free. It's pretty awesome.

You could use TD Ameritrade And get free streaming quotes, and free Level 2 on your mobile phone. NOW THAT'S PRETTY AWESOME.

Ask them about the etrade pro, and if you can get it. Theyll ask you if youll be trading more often, and if youll be transferring more money in, and so on, just say yes. And youll be good.
