Thanks for the update over the weekend.

I checked my OX account this morning and no new info on Shareholder Services tab.

Questions:

Have you transferred your shares from OX to Schwab?

I don't have a Schwab acct. and I am concerned that if I open up an acct and then try to transfer the shares from OX to Schwab, there won't be enough time for the WHAT IF scenarios.

Has OX mentioned anything about mailing the ballots to them?

Seems like we have both been told that the vote will take place online for OX. I'm wondering if some people had the opportunity to vote online OR mail in their votes.

I read that some brokers WILL NOT accept the ballots from KCCLLC... this thing is all over the place. HAHAHAHAHA gotta love this system.

Hi Danti,

OptionXpress has still not come back to me on when Inveshare will send the ballots...do let me know if you hear anything earlier....they have been very vague.
