Exactly!!!! Howard runs PHAR....period!!! The success or failure of PHAR lies in Howards hands!!! End of story.

Im sure there are many like yourself that dont care about this.

But IMHO it shows obviously Howard is way out of touch with many investors as to what their concerns are in regards to this subject when 9 months later he has the chance to set up new Articles of INC in Jan. without any connection to past fraudulent business and its key player,,, but he chooses to go this route.
Dont have to be classified as MGT. to have serious control over a companies success or failure..

With all respect for anyones post i do believe this has been the reason the type investors PHAR needs to survive are not attracted to PHAR. Otherwise, what is it? The board doesnt have the funds to support whats needed for getting funding , so yes we all should be concerned about what the facts are.

Very relevant as to who is behind the curtain at PHAR.
VERY Relevant whose business advise Howard took and is taking.
And McLaughlin is very VERY much behind that curtain.
