Risk analysis says scam. History of the ARN and the people who are
involved say the future is not so bright. However, if the company
is successful and they eventually change their attitude toward
shareholders, especially long-term shareholders, the pps could
appreciate.

And when I say scam, I mean typical pink level company using
investor wallets to fund and then they move on with their business
as if they have no responsibilities to shareholders.

To answer your question, why am I angry...

I'm not. As of right now, I've made a lot of money off DGIN/D.
When it ran to 001x, I cleared up to 150-200% profits on about 75%
of my total position. As of right now, my position is worth more
then it was worth before the r/s.

So to answer you, I am not angry. My opinion is based on history,
recent actions, lack of company responsibility to shareholders,
and the fact they dumped the entire a/s before reverse splitting
the o/s. Everything about the r/s is suspicious of typical pink
dilution machines. It was not that of a company who simply wanted
to get the share structure "under control".

In most cases, people pay for my opinion. If my opinion offends
you or does not coincide with yours, that's fine. It's all opinion
and speculation.
