As per the last 10Q there were 581,180,204 and 531,977,794 shares issued and outstanding, respectively with 600,000,000 authorized.

I would not want to be holding if they announce an increase in authorized capital.

Hopefully they have secured financing or reigned in the excessive share issuance and executive salaries..... But then again they had anything going for them it would have been announced imo.
