Thanks for posting that update.

I still can't figure out why he [Sam] is even allowing it to be pulled into trial, given his position and history of reneging, and the risk he faces in doing so. I think his lawyer, given his track record for corruption [4U has a terrific post recounting this], is a major part of the problem.
