This IS GREAT news!! If you have ever been in the MILITARY and know how their budget spending get used. They are allotted XXXX amount of dollars--and 99% of the time, use EVERT SINGLE PENNY. Because if it goes unspent, another department gets the funds.
I cannot imagine WNBD not getting HUGE amounts of orders.
