First there was no such thing as naked short selling.

Now it exists, but has nothing to do with penny stocks.

It has everything to do with penny stocks and the loosely regulated OTC.

It will eventually come out that these big brokers/bankers have been naked short selling OTC's to the tune of billions of dollars per year.

Paying only millions of dollars in fines for the right to be a part of the fun and fortune.

Not a bad business to be in.
