It looks to me like Chuck and Jack are further distancing themselves from SLMU and MM. Probably a lot of bad blood between them. This is definitely a further sign that the SLMU/Sunlogics relationship is at an end and that MM is cooking something else up for SLMU. On Thursday, once MM files the 8K disclosing the terms of the agreement, we can all better see how he plans to deal with these shares of his he is selling to the company and how that will affect the remaining shareholders.
