TDAs Risk Dept. has never before "completely" blocked trading of a stock on day 1 before. Usually they wait 5 -7 days. I missed the big runs in RYU* and AMW* because of them. (If it were not for their perqs - free outbound wire transfers, free Gainskeeper Tax software, and $7 commissions for me - I would leave em. They've gotten much worse in the last two years, and I've been there almost ten years.)
NSRS looks to be the next huge promo "runner"
