This is called Stealth Accumulation.

i'll tell you what's a problem -- when you're mostly out on the sidelines, and tapping the bid with 1000 shares and no one is fool enough to see the downtick, and sell more into the bid. that's a problem some poor soul is having at this very moment. lol
