Time will tell. Here are the reasons this will fail. Others can judge whose right.

1. Controlled by a serial failure that was fired by his own board of directors as Sunlogics.
2. Giving himself $18k a month for doing practically nothing while creating virtually nothing in the last year. One Green Zone that is underproducing is all he's done.
3. Created a worthless "right of first offer" deal with Sunlogics... a totally pointless and useless document then pretended it was something good
4. Hasn't done a single thing when he said he would do it.
