I have no idea where 17 is coming from. If you can show me the math to get to that number, I'd appreciate it.

New company = 200,000,000 shares
WAMUQ owns 30% of 200,000,000 shares = 60,000,000 shares
WAMUQ has 1.7 billion outstanding shares
Conversion of 1 WAMUQ share to NewCo share: 60,000,000 / 1.7 billion = 0.0352
Inversely, 1.7 billion / 60,000,000 = 28.33 WAMUQ shares for 1 NewCo share
