That's not a legal obligation as are partnership disclosures. They aren't posted to placate investors. If they wanted to smooze shareholders they could release frequent fluff PR's- something they have never done. We are ALL responsible for our words here. The reality is they have NO " obligation " other than, good business practices and respect for the general shareholder- that has been suspect and rightly so, open to criticism.
