This is possibly true, but not in the sense that people seem to think here.
Any vibration due to quantun properties of the wave form of the cell itself will be completely drowned by other physical phenomena such as Brownian motion.

This sentence is meaningless. Harmonic resonance is a real phenomenon, but it's something strings or pipes might exhibit, again as a result of physical characteristics of waves in media that are well-known, but have nothing to do with cells.

No, it can't - this sentence is literally meaningless - "through ceramics"? What is Aqualiv? Grayson Perry?

Again literally meaningless. If for example a cell was infected with HIV, as in the case of the ten Kenyans victims Craig Hoffman and his collegue Emmanuel Mutisya are happy to kill in order to make a fast buck, then all the vibration in the world of any frequency will not remove this infection.
Anti-retrovirals would help, but sadly as a result of Hoffman and Mutisya's highly illegal and unethical clinical trial, this is no longer an option for those poor people.
The propaganda issued by AQLV's Hoffman is literally meaningless gobbledegook.
It's a shame - indeed a crime- that the crooked management of this sorry scam exploit the scientific illiteracy of he uneducated in such a shameless fashion.
