Thanks for the reply NAP, I believe the FDA is not out to screw people and there is a written audit trail (meeting minutes) that follows the meeting. I don't believe what was posted that the FDA did not commit to anything or put anything in writing. There are lots of opinions and accusations in that post you replied to. I believe all of it to be false.

If I read the 2001 regulation correctley, and the meeting was held under its provisions, a memorandum agreement is already in place between IMGG and the FDA.
