I called Standard. I spoke with a lady called Marsha. At first she told me the same thing and that there were two other Registrars in UT. She asked me how long they'd been the registrar for $SEEK and my name, but finally she was able to find TheDirectory.com

I asked her what the problem was and she said she'd never heard of it, but someone else in the office had so she was able to look it up.
