AQLV is a stock that maintained a pps between .0020 - .0175 for 14 months prior to 10/31. The CEO of one of their subsidiaries has been on the AQLV board since T-Giving leading me to believe they have some forward-events/PR's in the pipeline. The stock sits 70% below prior 10/31 lows, taken there on relatively low money volume selling. Easy triple or more from this level!
