RE: "would not be surprised if they are not filed today."
I have the same thought process about today's expected
filing, Mark has missed quite a bit of his projected dates...
it pizzes me off to no end but unfortunately that's just
the way it is.
There are a lot of issues that develop while setting
up a company and all too often they are not always
under your control.
IE: Gov. offices, holidays, waiting for reports,
waiting for lawyers, accountants, ETC.
I just wish that dates aren't thrown out there and become
non events, it takes away from ones creditability!
There is nothing I would rather see today than the filing
posting at the open of today's market and finally having
what the market is looking for...factual information
about exactly what is going on behind those doors.
