When I look at Jimmy's track record I see financial failure after failure. His past business partners who split and distanced themselves from Briscoe have since gone on to make huge successes in the mining industry. LBSR financials are very ugly after 10 years of Briscoe leadership and the lawsuit from LBSR lenders against LBSR and Briscoe personally provide details of what appears to be fraud. Briscoe used LBSR money to settle the case as opposed to defending his actions. All this just for starters.
