I don't have the stats on Arbitration reversals, but I'll bet old (you know who) can get them. You can bet it is minimal however, as the burden of proof for reversal is onerous. Heck it's hard enough to reverse a judge when you have to show abuse of discretion (such as judge Lynn granting the intervention of NOK) let alone when you have the burden NOK has in this case.

Hope I ddidn't go overboard in my post, but our win is much bigger on the world stage than some give it credit

90% pay up immediately. Of the other 10%, less than 2% are actually appealed. Of that 2%, the guys I consult with say 1% or less are successful and these involve a wrongdoing by an arbiter.
