I have no interest in buying this stock. Too many other stocks to trade.

That is HIGHLY LIKELY with the dilution that is going on. They are running out of room with the A/S, so they will be forced to raise it. Why? So that there is more room to issue more O/S.

I should have added THAT to my 'scenerio' as to why this stock is headed down. Thanks for reminding me. ....rule
