#9872 RE: cartonet #9867

PBN.to/PBKEF...Petrobakken must be getting excellent results on the 3 wells drilled at their new locations, Swan Hills, Nordegg, Duvernay, and Montney because they refused to say anything about them in the cc while saying it's very competitive and they're still looking to accumulate more land in the area. John Wright even jokingly said as far as the competitors are concered, he'd like them all to believe it's a horrible idea to accumulate land there.

Anyway, check this out from a recent Legend o&g release re: Swan Hills...
"At Swan Hills in particular, several offsetting horizontal wells have demonstrated production potential in excess of 1,000boe/d."

This is from today's Atabasca's report re Montney & Nordegg...
"Five Montney and two Nordegg wells have been drilled and completed since the second quarter of 2011.
Final test rates for the Montney wells ranged from 300 to 2,250 barrels of oil equivalent per day (boe/d) with up to 75% of oil."

Between Swan Hills, Nordegg, Duvernay, and Montney, Petrobakken owns approx 120,000 acres. Nice assets to have based on the above results (especially when adding it to the Bakken & Cardium)..
