One of the last session of insiders selling periods show that Carl sold about 7.4 million shares in the course of 4 days.

The total volume during those 4 days was just barly 9 million shares.

So if nite and or this hedgehog you speack of is shorting the stock, the could one say the Carl was helping them?

Please explain in laymens terms how you are certain the stock is being shorted and why Carl would lend them shares?
