And yes court doc says it. But the picture is worth a thousand words. Pissing on a status quo order is generally frowned upon in a court of law. The statuus quo was put in place by the court for a reason. I say there will be hell to pay for that stunt. Settlement in the only solution for this situation.

I do not know if this is ignorance on the part of the Dr.
Perhaps he thinks that he has REAL BIG(COJONES) ROCKS & does NOT care & feels that he will do whatever it pleases HIM?
Does he think he is so smart?
Everytime I think I figured something out & wow how smart he must be, he then turns around & does something down right imbicilistic!

In sports that is like getting on the green on the last hole of a major tournament with the lead by one shot & instead of putting the ball in the hole to win the championship, picking it up & throwing the golf ball into the lake!

Being in the lead with two outs by one run in the last inning of the last game of the World Series & the opposing team hits the ball to you & you decide to throw it into the stands for the fans to keep!

Navy, Thanks! Does not surprise me that PL and Ben had to push it this far. A bit discouraging in that this blows away any theory that SL is talking to them about settling. It is obvious that SL is no way near coming to the table if they had to go this route. This is a huge move in this long chess game. I would say this is at least a "Mate" move and possible "Check Mate". Bottom line is with this move, we need to see if SL flinches or continues his arrogant selfish behavior. Any sane person would cave given this level of attention which could include the SEC if they engage. Honestly, my gut says SL stills plays chicken. Asian are extremely arrogant and SL is not atypical in this behavior - based on perception as I personally do not know him.

Good luck all and let's see how long it takes for him to flinch!

I like it... my only concern is that it was Sam's attorneys last fall asking for the status quo order to prevent Paul from doing anything... I just wonder how that affects Sam... I'm not say it don't, but there is I think some interpretation left to the judge here... but great news just the same.

This document just asks if there is a violation

it does not claim there is, and asks the court to decide. It is obviously grasping at the straws right now to point fingers at everyone else except the one to blame and we know who that is....

XMDC will have to get the Pats out right to make anything of the product since SL is acting like a 3 year old.

I've contacted 7 law firms and 2 replied, thanks but no thanks I got. Seems the BK7 was the sticking point. I will continue to look for one or get some advice.
