He has received monetary benefit for every single one of them totaling $5M. He has just recently hypothecated 15M of his shares for money he already has put into his pocket. Do you think Janes will ever repay the loan? PLEASE! Every single person that Janes has ever borrowed money from has ended up having to sue him to recover their money.
