Problem is you cant trust anyone paid by the company, as they have incentive to see the sp go up. True DD involves trying the product and analyzing the books yourself. And just because someone appraises the ip at 32 million that does not mean anyone would pay it if the company went bankrupt. An appraiser once said my house was worth 135000. I paid 60,000. In other words somthing is only worth as much as someone is willing to pay for it.
