Actually they have complied as far as I am concerned just with the filings yesterday. If it takes til the end of the week to put together a meaningful PR, so be it.
On another note, I like the new lawyer. I emailed him on yesterdays big concern and I got a response. So, while I know this is old news, he confirmed the O/S in his letter is current.
I'm liking it here more and more everyday.

Narf, Mark has always delivered. Midweek in business terms means Tues. Wed. or Thur. with the beginning always on Mon and the end always on Fri. so "midweek" is in the "middle" of the beginning and end somewhere on one of the 3. A specific date would have otherwise been stated. So I'm thinking it's either today or Thur. as he would have stated "tomorrow" if it was meant to be Tues.
I'm sure he's working on it for us. Kind of anxious myself.
