I'm not trying to speak for Billy, but he had mentioned that the seas are ruff and there are large waves. I believe he is trying to find a site in deeper water, for work when the weather isn't as great. The two sites they have now are in shallower water and that working on those sites would be risking the ship and the crew. Only my opinion.
John here is one line i can answer for ya "When we had the Scipion, we stayed on that site every day and worked it to completion" That was never my choice. I would have seen we were on a nice war ship with great history and moved on in less than a week. PROOF: we get a new contract and within the first week discover this wreck. (sounds like we wasted some time) I still have no plans at all, of becoming idle. C.B.
