Loans are primarily based on the potential to pay and not solely on the ability to pay. Most of my loans have come from what is in the pipelines and not what is in my accounts. The reason I go for a loan in the first place, is because the accounts are not that great but the potential to change that is dependent on my obtaining a loan. Gotta keep raising that doubt though.
