AMEN They could tell us they have the decision in hand and they could tell us that they are talking to Nokia. If they are talking, what harm is there in telling us something even if they can't give us an outcome at this time. Spree, I have karma to. I'm thinking any day now that I'm going to win the lottery. PAST MISTAKES...CORRECTED.

Mgmts fiduciary responsibility....

"Mgmt has a fiduciary responsibility to notify the shareholders as to the 'news'. We'll decided wheather its good or bad."

Mgmt has a fiduciary responsibility to insure shareholder value by acting prudently. If Nokia had won this deal they would have no reason not to release the news....and based on there past behavior holdlng back on that kind of winning news would be inconsistent with their mo.

Our Mgmt having in the past jumped the gun with a strong news release tauting our long awaited winfall regarding Nokia...and having that announcement backfire in their face... have stepped back to give them both a chance to frame the deal in a way that would strengthen both parties.
