UZ, correct me if I'm wrong... isn't it true that if a settlement is worked out and approved by the judge that we will hear about it as soon as the approval goes through and not have to wait until Nov 7th? Because if that's true, then of course that means we are talking most likely the 7th will give us a wait or a fail since it's almost here and we haven't heard positive news to the contrary... TIA
