You are "derisking" like Ray has been doing for us shareholders, at a "cost" of course.

You give up some upside, but gain some peace of mind...

Now you have a pile of cash...you could put it someplace safe like AGG. Then you'd be liquid if HDY drops for a bargain buy back opportunity.

If you want some potential stocks to sprinkle some gains into that could behave like HDY did from .40, look at ERHE, FEEC, SMBZF, MNAP, FECOF .... highly speculative of course.

You will never get hurt taking a profit.If we hit commercial grade oil I think a take over is just around the corner. ( 10-15 buyout) Institutions have too many shares. Unless we merge with another co. we will be gobbled up. JMHO
