That's assuming that CANT was the buyer then. I've been monitoring L2 all morning, and CANT rose to the top with the .01 bid. 100K was bought @ .01. They've not lost anything yet.

It's really quite irrelevant. Shares are being accumulated for the upside over the next 12-18 months. If you don't understand that then you are missing the big picture.
